RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Changed your mind?
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to withdraw.
After informing us of your decision, you have 14 days to return your order to us.
Items must be returned with all their accessories, their case, and their original packaging, in a condition that allows them to be resold.
Glasses may naturally be tried on with care. Any handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product may result in a reduction of the refunded amount.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
To make a return, please contact our customer service department, indicating your order number. We will provide you with the address and return instructions.
REFUND
Following validation of the return, the refund is made using the payment method used for the order.
In the event of withdrawal, the refund also includes the standard delivery charges initially paid, in accordance with regulations. It will be issued no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We may, however, defer the refund until the product is received or until proof of its shipment has been provided.
DAMAGED OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCT
Despite the care taken in preparing orders, if your product arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible, indicating your order number and attaching photographs if necessary.
We will inform you of the procedure to follow. In this case, return shipping costs are covered by The Sun Edit.
